Colorbar
The Colorbar screensaver can display a television test pattern on your screen, based on either the ARIB or SMPTE standard. The pattern, when viewed on a television set, gives engineers an idea of how a video signal is transmitted, and if it has to be adjusted. By default, the pattern in the screensaver is static, but it can also be set to move. A digital clock is shown in the top left corner, and customizable text is visible at the bottom right.

I can't edit the text
When application is executed, it says that it needs .NET Framework 3.5, even though the download information does not specify it.
When doubleclicked Windows says "Malicious file"
Screensavers Planet: That can happen sometimes with less popular files or when the developer hasn't properly signed the software with a valid security certificate. However, this file is safe for you to run, anti-virus programs don't see it as malicious. You can click "More info" in the warning message and then choose to run it anyway.
