Windows Ten Fliqlo Clock
I have only encountered one other person with the same issue as me, but when I have extracted the files and then try to open it, it gives me a popup message in German saying 'fehler, installer file is corrupted' with a button saying 'abberchen' or something along those lines. Then it won't allow me to open and use the screensaver :( I thought windows 10 worked but maybe not?

That's strange. First of all, you shouldn't need to extract any files. As soon as you've downloaded the file, double-clicking that should start the installation program. This will install the screensaver and automatically open the Screen Saver Settings panel, where Fliqlo should then be visible.
Can you check if it indeed the above file you're trying to open?
