Hello Adam,
You can either use one of several video screensavers that allow you to play a video as your screensaver, or you can use a screensaver maker to convert your video file into a standalone screensaver. If you're only going to use it on your own computer, I would recommend the former approach, e.g. using Video Screensaver.
All options can most easily be found with a site search for "mp4".
