вчера у меня была заставка а сейчас её нету нигде

If it was the Windows 7 Energy screensaver you installed, then that should still be available in your Screen Saver Settings panel, until you choose to uninstall it. I tested it just now about it's still set as the screensaver after a full reboot.
If it was a different screensaver, and perhaps a screensaver that you had to install from a ZIP file, make sure you put the screensaver file in your Windows folder.
