Fractoline

Fractoline is a free screensaver for Windows featuring unique animations every time it runs. It weaves together a colorful web of curvy lines that are slowly connected to create larger fractal shapes. The whole is occasionally merged into a fast-moving swirl of colorful lines. You can customize the brightness, blob size and transition delay via a settings panel that you can access by pressing the Enter key on your keyboard while the screensaver is running.

Does not scale to screen. Win 10

Screensavers Planet: Scaling should work on Windows 10. If you have the time, please post to the message board with additional details.
