unable to "paste" into windows folder?

am unable to paste extracted file into the windows directory "access denied" and do not get an option to "install" when Rt clicking?

I can run the program manually, but that kinda defeats the purpose...

• Hello Matt,

  That suggests you have limited access rights to this computer. To be able to install screensavers, I'm afraid you will need Administrator's privileges.

  If this is a work or shared computer, perhaps you can ask someone with more access rights to install the screensaver into the Windows folder for you.
