Is there a 64-bit version or one that works on Big Sur

I'm afraid not, no. The screensaver relies on Adobe Flash technology and this cannot be used on macOS anymore. Sorry for the inconvenience.
The Windows version continues to work. We'll continue to look for workarounds to get screensavers like this one working again on macOS, but haven't yet found any.
