This screensaver from The Boston Globe slides through a series of small photographs taken in various regions in the United States at harvesttime (fall), such Dover (Colorado), Princeton (New Jersey) and Sugar Hill (New Hampshire). Each photographs is accompanied by a caption that indicates the location where the photo was taken and what it represents.

I remember downloading this old ssaver from a Japanese website. It's nice and unobtrusive, though the amount of pictures is pretty small.
