Astro Lamp
Unique and random each time it runs, the Astro Lamp screensaver from Mathmos, a British heritage brand founded in 1963 by Edward Craven Walker, inventor of the lava lamp, turns your screen into a virtual lava lamp with random or selectable colors and optional shading.

the base premise is definitely fulfilled but this screensaver has clearly room for improvement.
the framerate is fixed at a setting too low for smooth movement.
the switch from big blob to connected circles is too sudden and not smooth at all.
the screen is also too empty for my tastes, the lava is only in the central third, as far as i have observed.
watching a real lavalamp is much more enjoyable...
Do his job and it's good! ;)
It's cute, but you can see that those circles aren't perfect. By the way is very feminine and I like that.
