Yes, I just tested it to work on Windows 11. It's very small, but it works.
The installation process is a bit convoluted. You'll download the cappy-en.exe file from the site here, then open that file to start the "WinRAR self-extracting archive" program. By default it will probably enter your Downloads folder as the destination folder. Click "Extract" and wait for it to finish extracting the files.
Then open the destination folder and look for the "setup.exe" file. That's the actual installation program. Double-click it to launch it, then click "Setup cappy screensaver". Finally, click "OK" to start installation, then "Quit Installer" to finalize.
Cappy should now be installed and available in the Screen Saver Settings panel.
