SCREENSAVERS DONT FUNCTION ON THE NEW WIN 10
I have tried multiple screensaver programs recently and none of them work . Microsoft has even blocked the "apply" button on the screensaver settings for WIN 10 .

Hello Mike,
When you say they don't work, what exactly happens? I've just tested the Matrix screensaver on Windows 10 and it works just fine. Where does it go wrong for you?
The "Apply" button in the Screen Saver Settings panel will be grayed out by default until you make changes to your settings. If it remains grey even after changing a setting, e.g. after changing the active screensaver, then it's possible that your system administrator has blocked the use of screensavers on your computer. This is common on work computers that are managed by the company.
