Screensaver is not permanent
after a while my computer becomes pure black like normal instead of the sreensaver being permanent
(i talk spanish so sorry if i talk terrible)

Probably your computer's energy settings cause your monitor to turn off after X minutes of inactivity. This will overrule your screensaver if it's running.
In the Screen Saver Settings panel, under "Power management", click the "Change power settings" link, then look for options related to your screen like "Turn off your display" (I do'nt know what they'll be named in Spanish). If you want your screensaver to be visible continuously, set "Turn off the display" to "Never".
