screen saver photo
The Like what you see? text is no longer available on my screen. It was there earlier in that day, than disappeared. How do I find out where in the world the photo was taken?

I'm afraid that is (or was, in your case) the only practical way to find out where the photo was taken. I still see the "Like what you see?" on my Lock Screen.
Perhaps it's not available for each and every photo, so possibly it will return once Windows switches to a different photo.
