My flipclock screensaver doesnt work
when i tap on the flipclock screensaver, the window goes blank.

I'm assuming you're referring to the Fliqlo flip clock screensaver? If so, please remove it first and then try an older version of Fliqlo, such as 1.7.2 or 1.5.2.
One of those should work on macOS Mojave, if the latest version doesn't.
