Hello Carol,
iScreensaver Designer is not free software, I'm afraid. A personal license costs a one-time fee of 69 USD. Business licenses range from 300 to 800 USD per year.
Discounts are available. You can use this questionnaire to find the right license.
Unfortunately, there are no free screensaver makers available for macOS at this time.
