This seems to be a known issue. Big Sur is not supported at this time.
It's an open source screensaver, and based on its GitHub page it hasn't been updated in 3 years. Because of that, I'm not sure there will be an update, but I'll keep an eye on it and will post back here if an update becomes available.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Apple breaks compatibility with each major release.
