I cannot open it after I've clicked zen mode
the program will not open when I click the icon not does it appear in programs list, but when I go to delete it from my files it cannot because it is "open"

If you've clicked the button with the green arrow next to the "Zen jiggle" option, you've minimized the Mouse Jiggler to the tray. This doesn't close the program but hides it from view. You can find it in the tray at the bottom right of your screen. You may have to click the upward pointing arrow first to see everything in the tray.
While it's running in the tray, you can't open the program again or delete the file. You'll have to click the mouse icon in your tray first to open it back up.
