How to display screensaver on dual monitors?

Hello, I absolutely love this Kaleidoscope 95 screensaver, but it will only display on my primary monitor. My display is set to "extend", and I haven't had this issue with other screensavers. Is there a fix for this?

  • Hello Suz,

Not all screensavers support multiple monitors, unfortunately. This particular screensaver was created in 1995, it's a small miracle it still works! People couldn't even connect multiple monitors to a single PC back in those days, and Windows didn't support it until Windows 98. So the developer probably didn't even think about the possibility of the screensaver running on more than one monitor.

In short, there's no fix for this, I'm afraid. There's some specialized software like DisplayFusion that you can use to run a screensaver on each of your monitors separately, but it's not free and perhaps not quite what you're after.
