If you've installed Amazon Rainforest through the Microsoft Store, you can delete it by going to Settings > Personalization > Themes. Under "Current theme", right-click the image of the Amazon Rainforest theme and choose "Delete".
You can find the Settings panel through your Start menu in Windows.
Themes are separate from screensavers, so the removal process is also different.
