Greyed out button in screensaver setting

I downloaded 3D aquarium screensaver from your site. The "apply" button is greyed out so I can't get it to work. The only way it opens is in the "preview" window.
What's wrong?

• What about the "OK" button? The "Apply" button will always be greyed out unless you've made any changes in your screensaver settings. So if the screensaver you downloaded is selected and you can click "OK", then everything should be set up just fine. The screensaver should start when the wait time has passed.

• Nope. All screensavers windows 10: select saver, then configure
  Then apply, then ok. Your 3D aquarium saver doesnt work
  Just by selecting & entering ok. Must have access to the "apply"
  Button. I had to uninstall.
  FYI-The screensaver did work good with a screensaver control
  App, but slowed computer way down. Had to uninstall it too.
