That screensaver does not support multiple screens, unfortunately. We're working on adding this information to each screensaver, so you can more easily find the ones that do support dual screens, but right now it would be trial and error.
The Solar Winds screensaver looks a little similar and does support dual screens. You might also have a look at other screensavers in the Abstract category.
Alternatively, there's a program called DisplayFusion that can spread any screensaver across multiple monitors, but it's not free: right now, the cost is $14.50.
