Didn't work

Hello,
Good day,
I installed the app Screensavers Planet and looked at the instructions on how to use it, but it doesn't work. I have a Windows 10 where it should work but it doesn't. It will not work when the computer turns off. Is it my fault or yours?

  I'm not sure what you installed, since there is no such thing as an app called Screensavers Planet. Did you download and install a screensaver from this site?

  After successful installation, the screensaver should start once a period of inactivity (the wait time as defined in the Screen Saver Settings panel) has lapsed.

  Let me know what screensaver it was that you downloaded and I'll try to give more detailed instructions on how to install it and get it working on Windows 10.
