Amedia Astro

This slideshow screensaver includes forty-nine images (800x600) of the solar system, including planets and the moon, topped with another 123 nebula and galactic pictures. The time for each frame, size and sequence of the images, and the transition effect used, can all be customized through the screensaver's own settings panel.

Installation

These are installation notes for the Amedia Astro screensaver.

  1. Double-click on the file downloaded above to begin the extraction process.
    • If you use a computer with Windows Vista or 7, we recommend right-clicking on the file and selecting "Run as administrator" to avoid errors during and after installation.
  2. A window explaining the screensaver's features will pop up. Click "Extract" to continue.
  3. When all files have been extracted to your computer, you can click "Install" to set this as your default screensaver. Windows's Screen Saver Settings panel will open afterwards.
