3001 Space Oddities
An animated starfield with a randomly selected background color serves as the backdrop to a variety of 'oddities' flying through the screen, from regular spaceships, satellites and planets to what looks like fish, dragonflies and other creatures you wouldn't expect in outer space. The direction in which the planets and stars move can optionally be customized, and you can increase or decrease the amount of ships, planets and stars shown at any time.

This screen saver is really cool! The graphics remind me of computer games when I was younger. I wish the best of luck to the creator of this screensaver.
My only small gripe is that the spaceships shoot laser beams sometimes but it happens very slowly, making it seem like it is struggling. I have a relatively new and powerful pc so I don't think its running into performance issues.
