How do I make the options available?

It is working but the 'Screen Saver Options' button is not available. I thought that I saw that you could change options. Please let me know.

The settings panel should be available, yes. However, I see you're on macOS Catalina, which has introduced quite a lot of issues with regards to screensavers.
Do you have the latest version of the Apple TV screensaver installed? At the time of writing, that would be version 1.6.3. Unfortunately, you can only verify this in the Settings panel. If you've recently downloaded it from this site, however, you should have the latest version, which was released about 6 days ago.
If you're not sure you have the latest update, try downloading and installing it again.
Failing that, you may have to wait for future updates to fix this issue, as the developers are still ironing out some of the Catalina-specific problems.
